Legend tells of Taco Escobar, the fearless luchador from Nayarit whose fighting spirit and invincible hunger now live on in Downtown Las Vegas. At Taco Escobar, his myth is celebrated through scratch-made tacos, bold margaritas and the kind of flavor that fuels heroes.
Created by Lev Group, the team behind Evel Pie, the cantina is part shrine, part spectacle filled with relics of the masked legend and the flavors said to come from his mother’s kitchen.
Step inside, grab a margarita, and taste the legend for yourself and leave heroic. Open 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
