The menu at Hayworth represents a personal and elevated expression of Chef Alex Reznik’s culinary journey offering refined yet approachable cuisine.

Hayworth, the newest concept from Ogden Hospitality Founder and Executive Chef Alex Reznik, is set to open Thursday, Feb. 26, in the heart of Henderson at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Stephanie Street.

Following the successful debut of SMKD BBQ on Eastern Avenue in November, Reznik continues his commitment to creating thoughtful culinary destinations with a diverse food culture, passion and creativity designed for the local community.

Complementing Hayworth’s kitchen is a world-class cocktail program curated by award-winning mixology master Giuseppe González. Delivering a standout bar program that pairs perfectly with Reznik’s menu, the full dining experience at Hayworth will set the stage as Henderson’s premier dining destination.

Known as “Top Chef” Season 7 alum and “Beat Bobby Flay” champion, Reznik was raised in an Eastern European and Jewish household where food was central to family, culture and tradition.

The menu at Hayworth represents a personal and elevated expression of Reznik’s culinary journey offering refined yet approachable cuisine inspired by his heritage while paired with his bicoastal career in leading kitchens in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas.

Hayworth draws on both Reznik’s early influences and notable experiences to date to present a menu rooted in soulful flavors, time-honored techniques and modern interpretation.

Menu highlights include King Salmon & Latke, pairing a crisp potato latke with rich salmon, a Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté Sorrel and Beef Tongue Agnolotti balanced with crème fraîche, chicken jus, Meyer lemon and chili crisp.

The decadent Potato with Caviar, fingerling potatoes crowned with cultured cream and Kaluga caviar, delivers an elegant contrast of richness and briny luxury anchoring the menu’s nostalgic notes.

Heartier plates include a Half Chicken served paprikash-style with duck fat potatoes and dill crème, Sablefish glazed in apple honey with parsnip, beurre blanc and trout roe and a 24-Hour Wagyu Brisket slow-cooked and finished with bone marrow jus, eggplant and sunchoke.

With items meant to share, Hayworth strives to be the ideal local gathering spot for any occasion with family and friends in Henderson.

“Every dish I make carries my family in it, our humor, our heart, our history,” says Reznik. “That’s why Hayworth is more than a restaurant. It’s the most important dining room in Las Vegas: a place where passion meets play, where the food hits your soul and where the only thing taken seriously is how good the food is.”

Hayworth’s dessert program is helmed by Pastry Chef Miloš Babić, a Las Vegas-based chef known for his versatility across savory and pastry. Babić brings experience from Bellagio, Monogram Mediterranean Restaurant, Coachella and Formula 1.

Offerings include Honey & Olive Oil Cake paired with halva and goat milk ice cream; Sufganiyot filled with rose jam and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar; and Chocolate Babka with deep cocoa notes and old-world comfort.

Hayworth will offer a thoughtfully crafted kid-friendly menu – approachable and comforting – made with the same quality ingredients and care as the main menu. The bar program is led by González, one of the most respected bartenders of his generation and a defining force in modern American cocktail culture.

A veteran of New York bars including Flatiron Lounge, Clover Club, PKNY and Suffolk Arms, González is renowned for his precision, balance and creativity and for creating the iconic Trinidad Sour, now a staple on cocktail menus around the world.

At Hayworth, González brings his signature approach to the menu with bold cocktails that blend classic structure and modern flair, including the Trinidad Sour, Benton’s Old Fashioned, Black Manhattan, Made in Cuba and Infante.

The design of Hayworth blends glamour with modern warmth spanning 4,200 square feet. The 80-seat dining room features brown and deep blue velvets, fluted wood paneling, warm low lighting inspired by old Las Vegas and a striking marble bar that seats 25.

The 30-seat outdoor patio will serve as an open-air extension of the dining room, perfect for alfresco dining and sunset cocktails. Built as a true neighborhood restaurant, Hayworth will be a place for date nights, weekend brunches, family celebrations and late night revelry.

Taking its name from the Los Angeles street where Reznik once lived and welcomed his first child, Hayworth is rooted in family, friendship and community.

Hayworth is located at 1450 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Ste. C-205, in Henderson, open for dinner nightly and weekend brunch. For more information, visit HayworthLV.com and follow at @hayworthlv
