Not a Damn Chance Burger, the viral Wagyu burger concept – that is not a smashburger! – from professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group celebrates the grand opening of its first permanent Las Vegas location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and opening-day festivities on Friday, May 15, in Downtown Las Vegas.
The event will include remarks from Williams and Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony. NADC Burger opens to the public at 11:30 a.m. near Carson Kitchen and across the street from Pachi Pachi.
Following demand from its three-month pop-up at Resorts World Las Vegas last summer on the Las Vegas Strip, NADC Burger is planting permanent roots in DTLV with its first location, now joining a growing lineup of 12 U.S. locations.
Built around Williams and Lee’s obsession with creating the perfect burger using quality ingredients, NADC Burger, at 124 S. Sixth St., is designed to deliver the ideal balance of flavor, texture and richness in every bite.

The concept has developed a cult following for its intentionally crafted 100% Wagyu burger, known for its thick, juicy bite and balanced flavor profile. Named by Food & Wine as one of the top burger spots in the U.S., NADC Burger has attracted celebrity fans including David Beckham, Jelly Roll and DJ Zedd.
Not a smashburger, just a damn good burger. Sparked by a shared love of skateboarding and cooking, what began in 2021 as skate sessions and backyard burgers for friends and family grew into something bigger. For nearly a year, the duo popped up at skate parks and comedy shows handing out free burgers while fine-tuning the recipe before opening their first location in 2022.
Blending Lee’s culinary background with Williams’ passion for food, plus his Neen Williams Co. spice company, the pair created what they call “the ultimate backyard burger.” The menu centers on the signature double cheeseburger: 100% Wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, grilled onions, pickles and a just-right kick of tamed jalapeños served with fries.
Nearly four years and a dozen nationwide locations later, NADC Burger has built a devoted following. For more information, visit NADCBurger.com.
