More: NADC Burger to Open in Downtown Las Vegas Post-Resorts World Pop-Up
NADC (“Not a Damn Chance”) Burger, the viral Wagyu burger concept from pro skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group (Michelin-starred Pasta|Bar), will open its first Las Vegas location at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 15, in Downtown Las Vegas.
To celebrate the brand’s first permanent Las Vegas location, Williams will be on-site for a meet-and-greet, kicking off opening-day festivities. Following demand from its three-month pop-up at Resorts World Las Vegas last summer, the new location at 124 S. Sixth St., Suite 150, marks NADC Burger’s continued expansion, bringing the concept to a dozen locations nationwide.
“After our pop-up last summer, it feels right to head into this summer with a permanent location right in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas,” said Williams. “There’s an energy here that matches how we approach the food. We’re focused on delivering flavor, balance and quality every single time, and we’re excited to continue building a connection with the Las Vegas community.”

Located just steps away from the bustling Fremont East District, the new NADC Burger space will follow its proven fast-casual model, serving a streamlined two-item menu built for repeat cravings: the brand’s signature 100% Wagyu burger and beef tallow fries.
The space will mirror NADC’s signature look, with skate memorabilia and work from local artists lining the walls, while ’90s skate videos play throughout the restaurant. At the center of the menu is the flagship NADC Burger, intentionally built as a departure from the smashburger trend.
Instead of pressing the beef thin on the grill, NADC builds its burger with two 3-ounce patties of 100 % Wagyu beef using a 70/30 blend. The patties are seasoned and topped with chopped onions that steam into the meat as it cooks, creating a crisp sear on one side and a juicier, tender bite throughout. The result is a burger designed for balance, texture and flavor rather than a thin, compressed patty.
Finished with New School Cheese, a chef-driven take on American cheese for optimal melt, each burger is rested steak-style before being served on a toasted Martin’s potato roll with house-made secret sauce, pickles and four “tamed” pickled jalapeños for flavor without heat. Guests can pair it with beef tallow fries or upgrade to Beast Mode fries with cheese, pickles, jalapeños and special sauce.
The restaurant will offer a full bar with beer, wine and cocktails and NADC’s house-made brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Named by Food & Wine as one of the top burger spots in the U.S. for regional flavors, NADC Burger has built a cult following nationwide with locations in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Denver, Dallas and L.A., among other markets.

The concept was born from a friendship between Williams and Lee sparked by a shared love of skateboarding and cooking. What began in 2021 as skate sessions and backyard burgers for friends and family grew into something bigger, with the duo popping up at skate parks and comedy shows handing out free burgers while refining the recipe for nearly a year before opening their first location in 2022.
Nearly four years and several locations later, NADC Burger has attracted a devoted fan base, including celebrity fans such as David Beckham, Jelly Roll and DJ Zedd, and continues to live up to the hype with its nostalgia-forward Wagyu cheeseburger and fries that keep people coming back – and talking.
“Our goal has always been to make a damn good cheeseburger and have fun with it,” said Chef Frankland Lee. “What NADC has turned into is something we’re really proud of. It’s simple food, but it’s done with a lot of intention and consistency. Las Vegas showed up for us in a big way, and it made it clear we needed to come back in a more permanent way.

“Opening Downtown puts us right in the middle of it all and gives us the chance to keep building on what makes this burger different, starting with using 100% Wagyu and taking a more deliberate approach to how it’s cooked rather than just grilling a burger. The end result is a delicious Wagyu burger, always juicy and never smashed.”
NADC Burger Las Vegas will be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to midnight and joins a growing lineup of locations nationwide, including its flagship location in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Denver, Dallas, L.A. and other cities each driven by the simple mission to make the perfect double cheeseburger.
