Customers will be able to purchase Esther’s Kitchen’s sourdough bread, Bar Boheme’s Parisian baguettes, Al Solito Posto’s focaccia and a rotating selection of other baked goods.
Chef + Partner James Trees and Corporate Pastry Chef Jake Yergensen have announced the launch of a Saturday morning bakery pop-up at Bar Boheme in The Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas, bringing the most sought-after breads and pastries of their restaurants to the public in a casual, counter-service setting.
Beginning Saturday, June 20, and continuing every third Saturday of the month, customers will be able to purchase Esther’s Kitchen’s sourdough bread, Bar Boheme’s Parisian baguettes, Al Solito Posto’s focaccia and a rotating selection of croissants, pastries and other baked treats from across Trees’ restaurant portfolio.
Other than a brief period during the pandemic, this is the first time baked goods from any of Trees’ restaurants will be available for retail. From 8-11 a.m. on the third Saturday, Bar Boheme will transform into a morning bakery where guests can take items to go or stay and enjoy with fresh Vesta coffee drinks.

“Pretty much since Esther’s opened, folks have been regularly asking to buy our sourdoughs and baked goods at retail,” says Trees. “We are now finally at the point where we can do this. And we’re excited to be offering this for people up early on summer mornings.”
Bar Boheme is a contemporary French restaurant blending urban glamor with French Riviera charm, and the 120-seat eatery features a vibrant dining room, open terrace and cooking rooted in classic French technique with contemporary flair. Bar Boheme offers a refined yet relaxed experience.
Raised in rural Utah, Yergensen discovered his passion for cooking through baking with his mother and early culinary training. After studying at Western Culinary Institute, he built his career in kitchens from Salt Lake City to New York, working with renowned chefs including Rocco DiSpirito and Todd English.

Yergensen held leadership roles at hospitality destinations including Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, The Don CeSar and the Yellowstone Club, where he oversaw 13 restaurants in seven years. He continues to focus on artisan bread, viennoiserie and pastry while working alongside Trees.
