Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa marked its 20th anniversary in fabulous fashion on Saturday, April 18, with the sold-out Taste of Station, a one-night-only poolside culinary showcase that brought together signature restaurants, premium beverage partners and the community for an evening of food, entertainment and celebration.

Held exactly 20 years to the day of the Summerlin resort’s opening, the event transformed the pool deck into a culinary experience featuring unlimited tastings from standout venues across Station Casinos’ portfolio.
Guests enjoyed offerings from restaurants including T-Bones Chophouse, Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fresh Fish, Blue Ribbon Sushi, Bottiglia, Hearthstone, Leticia’s, Mijo, Osteria Fiorella, Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ, Pizza Rock and more.
The evening featured live entertainment, activations and a drone show that lit up the night sky alongside remarks from Red Rock VP and GM Jordan Seager, a Day 1 team member, and VP of Guest Experience Joe Yalda in a tribute to two decades of hospitality and community connection.

Adding to the celebration, proceeds from Taste of Station benefited Three Square Food Bank, with a $10,000 donation to support the organization’s efforts, reinforcing Station Casinos’ commitment to giving back to Southern Nevada.
The celebration will continue this month as Red Rock welcomes legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Journey for a one-night-only performance on Wednesday, April 29, further commemorating the resort’s 20-year legacy.
