Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will welcome local favorite 303 in the Cut for a one-day-only pop-up experience at Grid Iron Grill. The limited engagement from 12-7 p.m. Saturday, March 14, will highlight 303’s bold green chile flavors and made-to-order approach that have earned the concept a loyal local following.
With a menu focused on doing a few things exceptionally well, the pop-up will feature the green chile burrito, Philly cheesesteak and Dirty Dog. Guests can also enjoy 303 Fries featuring well-seasoned crinkle-cut fries served with roasted garlic aioli and 303 sauce or Cutty Fries topped with Crackin’ Fried Chicken.
To finish, guests can choose from desserts including a cheesecake sandwich and tiramisu, which have helped earn 303 in the Cut praise from locals and visitors. With two Las Vegas locations open seven days a week, 303 in the Cut has become a go-to for locals craving bold green chile flavor and nostalgic American classics.
