Brunch is on!
Longtime Las Vegas Chef + Restaurateur Cory Harwell’s new Butcher & Thief, 8670 W. Sunset Road, is a stellar new steakhouse at The Bend in Southwest Las Vegas.

But there’s more! Butcher & Thief started serving weekend brunch on Mother’s Day. A fabulous brunch at noon Sunday, June 7, with Harwell, my brother Charles Chareunsy, the fabulous Lauren Hudman of Elle Marketing and another guest:
- pastrami salmon
- berry bowl
- watermelon and feta (I could eat watermelon salads all summer long
- shrimp Louie (with a delightful cherry vinaigrette)
- American breakfast (with delicious house-made sausage)
- steak bites poutine (an absolute favorite of one guest)
- BLT sliders on ube buns
- chicken bacon club with fries
- banana flapjack (more a dessert with a divine syrup)
- carrot cake French toast (more a dense and delicious dessert)
- And the cocktails A-OK and Woodworth & Wags (pictured in the main photo.
