New Southwest Las Vegas steakhouse Butcher & Thief, at The Bend at 8670 W. Sunset Road, has expanded its Happy Hour offerings to seven days a week. Available from 3-5:30 p.m. daily in the restaurant’s bar and outdoor lounge, guests can enjoy signature bites and drink specials. The Happy Hour menu features special pricing on a curated selection of the restaurant’s signature bites, including:
