Nacho Daddy, the Las Vegas-born restaurant brand known for its stacked gourmet nachos, award-winning margaritas and “never a dry chip” attitude, will open its newest location at AREA15 (Zone 2) in early July.

The new restaurant marks Nacho Daddy’s fourth location in Southern Nevada and sixth nationwide, joining locations in Downtown Las Vegas, ​​Miracle Mile Shops adjacent to Planet Hollywood on the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson, Salt Lake City and Nashville.

Founded in 2010, Nacho Daddy has grown from a single Las Vegas restaurant into a multi-city brand while remaining rooted in the city where it began. Spanning nearly 5,000 square feet, the restaurant will feature a full bar, patio and an art-forward atmosphere designed to complement AREA15’s immersive energy while maintaining the bold personality that has made Nacho Daddy a local favorite.

“As a concept that was born right here in Las Vegas, opening another location in our hometown is always meaningful,” said Fred Mossler, Nacho Daddy co-founder. “AREA15 has become one of the city’s most unique destinations, and we’re excited to introduce Nacho Daddy to guests from around the world while continuing to grow a brand that started here in our own backyard.”

Designed for AREA15, the restaurant blends Nacho Daddy’s signature energy with an eclectic, art-forward aesthetic that includes soaring 21-foot ceilings, ornate lighting fixtures, colorful murals and an expansive indoor-outdoor layout connected by a garage-style door separating the patio and bar areas.

Imported wrought iron from Mexico is showcased throughout the restaurant, including an 8-foot-long scorpion suspended above the bar. Affectionately known as “Big Daddy,” the centerpiece serves as a focal point of the space.

Murals throughout the restaurant feature Nacho Daddy “brand ambassadors” alongside floral elements, musical influences and AREA15-inspired aliens enjoying nachos. Vibrant shades of yellow, red and green, along with a mix of booths, tables and bar seating, create a playful atmosphere accommodating more than 200 guests.

The AREA15 location will continue Nacho Daddy’s tradition of serving Mexican-inspired favorites made with premium ingredients and house-made preparations. Staying true to its signature never a dry chip philosophy, the restaurant prepares its tortilla chips and tortillas in-house and features premium proteins throughout the menu, including filet mignon, seasoned ground beef, chicken, pork and shrimp.

Nacho Daddy’s most popular offerings include the Supreme Tostada Nachos layered with seasoned ground beef, cheddar and jack cheese, yellow queso sauce, refried beans, pico de gallo, fried jalapeños, avocado lime salsita, sour cream and guacamole atop house-made corn chips.

Guests can also enjoy the Filet Mignon Nachos featuring grilled filet mignon, refried beans, cheddar and jack cheese, ranchero sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and cilantro and Thai Chicken Nachos with Thai-spiced chicken breast, Asian vegetables, sweet chili sauce, pickled jalapeños and white queso sauce atop house-made spinach chips.

Brisket Burnt Ends Nachos are layered over potato chips with melted cheeses, white queso sauce, barbecue sauce and serrano aioli, and Chicken Tinga Nachos are topped with house-made chipotle tomato tinga sauce, melted cheeses, refried beans, pickled onions and queso fresco. Alongside signature nachos, guests can enjoy shareable appetizers, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and tableside flamed fajitas prepared with premium proteins and fresh ingredients. Nacho Daddy will continue its commitment to dietary inclusivity with a vegan menu featuring Vegan Nachos, Vegan Loaded Nachos, Vegan Queso Dip and other plant-based favorites.

The restaurant’s beverage program will showcase Nacho Daddy’s lineup of award-winning margaritas, including the Daddy’s Original Margarita made with 100% Weber Blue Agave reposado tequila; the Spicy Cucumber Margarita crafted with Telsón Blanco tequila, muddled cucumber and fresh jalapeños; and the Hibiscus Passion Margarita featuring hibiscus passion syrup and a signature pink sugar rim.

Guests can also enjoy a full selection of beer, wine, cocktails and the restaurant’s famous Scorpion Shot. Nacho Daddy will also continue its popular all-day beverage offerings, including $5 house margaritas and $5 Modelo beers every day.
