Sourdough pizza sensation How Ya Dough’n made its Las Vegas debut on Thursday, Dec. 18, at the new BLVD shopping, dining and entertainment complex across from Aria overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

To celebrate, the pizzeria gave away 777 free slices of pizza – which were gone in less than an hour. Doors opened at 11:30 a.m. after a ribbon-cutting with Clark County Commissioner James Gibson, How Ya Dough’n owners Gabby and Garett Goodman and BLVD Vice President and Senior General Manager Darin Grigg.

Named to Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. and described as “really good pizza” by Dave Portnoy’s One Bite rating on Barstool Sports, How Ya Dough’n has amassed a loyal following. The Las Vegas pizzeria is the first restaurant to debut at BLVD Las Vegas.

Founded in 2020, How Ya Dough’n serves up hand-tossed, reimagined pizzas made with premium ingredients and plenty of personality. The menu features signature pies such as the Spicy Goose topped with mozzarella, provolone, pecorino, red sauce, pepperoni, soppressata, Calabrian chile, garlic and oregano.

There’s the Cremini topped with mozzarella, fontina, cremini mushrooms, roasted onion, mushroom cream and chives and famed Drunken Balls topped with mozzarella, ricotta, vodka sauce, meatballs and basil.

Other popular options include the famed Dough Boys, dough bites tossed in butter and served with red or vodka sauce and a selection of salads, including the HYD House, made with romaine, bell peppers, red onion, tomato, salami, provolone and Castelvetrano olives tossed in red wine vinaigrette.

Located on the third-floor rooftop of BLVD, 3747 S.
