“We can’t wait to open our doors in true How Ya Dough’n fashion – by hosting a massive party with hundreds of free slices for our new neighbors.”
South Florida’s viral sourdough pizza sensation How Ya Dough’n will fire up its ovens at BLVD, the new dining and entertainment district on the Las Vegas Strip, to commemorate its grand opening with a kiss of lady luck and 777 free pizza slices starting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18.
The pizzas will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis, after a pizza-cutting ceremony by founders and husband-and-wife Garett and Gabby Goodman, along with representatives from BLVD and Clark County Commissioner James Gibson.
How Ya Dough’n has captured national attention and a passionate following for its scratch-made New York-Neapolitan sourdough pies crafted with an eight-to-12-day wild yeast fermentation process and high-level precision.
“We can’t wait to open our doors in true How Ya Dough’n fashion – by hosting a massive party with hundreds of free slices for our new neighbors,” said Garett Goodman.
“Las Vegas is all about going big or going home, and that’s been our mantra from day one,” added Gabby Goodman. “We couldn’t think of a better home for our new flagship than the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.”

Founded in 2020, How Ya Dough’n serves up hand-tossed pizzas made with premium ingredients and plenty of personality. The menu features signature pies and items, including:
* The Spicy Goose, topped with mozzarella, provolone, pecorino, red sauce, pepperoni, soppressata, Calabrian chile, garlic and oregano
* The Cremini, topped with mozzarella, fontina, cremin mushrooms, roasted onion, mushroom cream and chives
* Drunken Balls, topped with mozzarella, ricotta, vodka sauce, meatballs and basil.
Other favorites include Dough Boys, dough bites tossed in butter and served with red or vodka sauce, and salads, including the HYD House, made with romaine, bell peppers, red onion, tomato, salami, provolone and Castelvetrano olives tossed in red wine vinaigrette.
Named to Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. and called out as “really good pizza” by Dave Portnoy’s One Bite rating on Barstool Sports, How Ya Dough’n has amassed a loyal following. Now, the Las Vegas pizzeria will be the first restaurant to debut at BLVD Las Vegas.
Located on the third-floor rooftop of BLVD, south of East Harmon and across from Aria at 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd, How Ya Dough’n’s Las Vegas location will be open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 12-10 p.m. Sundays.
