A familiar glow has returned to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa as Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, long cherished for its comforting, fire-kissed cuisine and modern yet welcoming atmosphere, is back.

Led by Executive Chef Jason Janson, the menu showcases approachable, ingredient-driven dishes: pastas, seafood, wood-fired pizzas, rotisserie-roasted prime rib, pan-seared halibut, double-dredged fried chicken served with Janson’s family biscuit recipe and “Abe Froman” pizza.
“Hearthstone has always been about bringing people together,” Clique Hospitality founder Andy Masi said. “Reopening the doors and seeing the space filled again, with longtime regulars and new guests alike, has been incredibly rewarding. We honored what people loved about Hearthstone while evolving the experience.”
Hearthstone’s beverage program features a curated wine cellar, craft beer and cocktails ranging from signature to zero-proof. Weekend brunch is Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. with $25 bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys.
The restaurant’s reimagined interior, designed by Celano Design Studio Co., strikes a balance between familiarity and refinement. A redesigned dining room, expanded bar with classic bar games and lounge create a space for casual dinners, celebrations and conversations.
Mismatched chairs, custom marble-and-wood tabletops and brass details give Hearthstone a warm, lived-in feel designed for comfort and connection.
