Gaetano’s in Henderson invites guests to celebrate its 24th anniversary with an evening featuring wines from Daou Vineyards, the acclaimed family-owned winery in Paso Robles, Calif., known for Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style wines.

The event at 7 p.m., June 11, at Gaetano’s will be hosted by Jessica Olmstead of Treasury Wine Group and Nick Palmeri (pictured in the main photo with wife Sarah Pameri) of Gaetano’s. The evening will feature a five-course dinner prepared by Gaetano’s culinary team, including dessert, with each course paired with selections from Daou Vineyards.

First Course: Prosciutto e Melon | Daou Sauvignon Blanc 2023 

Second Course: Truffle Arancini | Reserve Old Vine Chardonnay 2024 

Third Course: Homemade Duck Ravioli + Port Wine Reduction Sauce | Bodyguard Red Blend 2022

Fourth Course: Australian NY Wagyu Tagliata + Grilled Jumbo Shrimp | Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Cake | Daou Port Dessert Wine

Gaetano’s is located at 10271 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson. The all-inclusive dinner is $200, and reservations are required and may be made here. Founded in Calabasas, Calif., and located in Henderson since 2002, Gaetano’s is a second-generation family-owned restaurant serving classic Italian recipes.

Owners Nick and Sarah Palmeri offer a seasonal selection of house-made pastas and entrees in an elegant dining room with stellar service. The restaurant also features regular wine dinners and Happy Hour.
