Ada’s will continue operating at its current location through November, then reopen after a brief hiatus in December at its new space.
Co-owners Chef James Trees and Jeffrey Fine of LEV Group have confirmed the move of Ada’s Food + Wine from Tivoli Village on the west side of Las Vegas to the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District. The award-winning wine bar and restaurant will also return to its original name of simply Ada’s, chosen in homage to Ada Coleman, legendary barwoman of the Savoy Hotel in London.
Ada’s will continue operating at its current location through November, then reopen after a brief hiatus in December at its new space. The restaurant will take over the original Esther’s Kitchen location at 1130 S. Casino Center Drive, Suite 100, as well as the adjoining suite formerly occupied by Makeshift Union.
Ada’s will remain under the leadership of General Manager Kat “Wine Goddess” Thomas and Chef du Cuisine Jackson Stamper. The seasonal menu will follow global, chef-driven inspirations, and Thomas’ wine program will continue to highlight eclectic, high-value selections.
In 2024, Ada’s list was named “Most Interesting Wine List in the World” by World of Fine Wine magazine, and it earned the accolade again this year for North America. The new space will feature décor inspired by modern restaurants from neighborhoods including Marylebone in London and La Roma in Mexico City – bright, fresh and inviting.

“We’re excited to be putting Ada’s in a neighborhood it will truly mesh with,” said Trees, “and at the same time, keep bringing concepts that will move the Arts District forward creatively. This is where it belongs.”
From James Beard Finalist Trees and LEV Group, Ada’s Food + Wine presents shareable social dishes and creative global dishes by Stamper in collaboration with Trees. Mediterranean and Asian flavors sit side by side with clean proteins and a solid smash burger.
Chosen by Advanced Sommelier Thomas for their intrigue, value and delight, the innovative wine list includes whites, roses and reds from around the world, categorized by descriptors including “zesty, bright and aromatic” and “bold, spicy and rich” rather than region or grape.
Ada’s has received local and national accolades, including most recently the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, Most Original Wine List winner from World’s Best Wine Lists and recognition from Wine Enthusiast as one of the Top 50 wine restaurants in the U.S. Ada’s is also among the Top 100 Restaurants in Las Vegas as chosen by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
