In April 2024, Iglesias reupped with Netflix for a new two-special deal. The first of the new specials, “Gabriel Iglesias: Legend of Fluffy,” taped at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida last summer and premiered worldwide Jan. 7, 2025, earning a Top 10 spot on Netflix’s global most-watched list.
On March 11, 2025, Iglesias cemented his place in Hollywood as he received a handprint ceremony at The TCL Chinese Theatre. It was also recently announced that Iglesias will receive a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles this year.
