- Barry’s Downtown Prime is mixing up new handcrafted cocktails like “You’re a Tomato If” and “Barbieri Beach,” alongside favorites like Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Organic Fire Chicken at Circa.
- Saginaw’s Delicatessen at Circa offers bold bites such as Tony’s Lasagna, Marty’s Chicken and Waffles, and Watermelon Feta Salad around the clock.
- 8 East is blending tradition with convenience through lunchtime Bento Boxes featuring entrees like Thai Sweet Chicken Wings and Sauteed Miso Honey Shrimp, available at Circa.
- Jack Pots Coffee at Circa is cooling things down with The Frigo, Iced Spanish Latte, and The Greenie Smoothie.
- Bacon Nation at the D tempts diners with the Downtown Daybreak Special and popular returning items.
Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa
Barry’s Downtown Prime, Circa’s premier steakhouse, has updated its cocktail and dining menus:
- Cocktail Highlights: Sweet and sour flavors dominate the new cocktail menu with drinks like “You’re a Tomato If” (Kettle One Vodka, tomato brine), “Barbieri Beach” (Botanist Gin, Aperol, peach syrup, orange juice), “Snowflake in the Jungle” (Zacapa 23, Campari, Banana Saccharum, milk, pineapple juice, lime juice), “Red Sun” (Coconut Fat Washed Volcan XA Tequila, mango puree, ginger, lime juice), and “James and the Giant” (Lyer’s Highland Scotch, peach syrup, lime juice, ginger beer).

8 East now offers Bento Boxes with one entrée and three sides. Options include Thai Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings, Korean-style Bulgogi Steak, Sauteed Miso Honey Shrimp, and Crispy Tofu & Stir-Fried Vegetables, served with Jasmine rice, fried cheese eggrolls, and house salad with creamy ginger dressing. Bento Boxes are $17 and available Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
8 East operates Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight. Happy hour is daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Bacon Nation at the D
Bacon Nation adds four items to its bacon-centric menu:
- Downtown Daybreak Special: Includes two eggs, two pieces of crispy thin-cut bacon, one sausage link, and toast for $9.99.

Located on the second floor of the D Las Vegas, Bacon Nation operates Thursday through Monday, serving breakfast from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
