Døuble Zerø Pie & Pub will celebrate its one-year anniversary from Monday, July 1 through Wednesday, July 31 with a special complimentary welcome cocktail for all guests, the øø Spritz made with pressed watermelon, jalapeño simple syrup, Aperol, lime and prosecco. The exclusive offer is a heartfelt thank you to the customers for their support over the past year.
Throughout its inaugural year, LEV Group and World Pizza Champion, Chef Michael Vakneen, have aimed to bring the perfect Neo-Neapolitan pizza to Las Vegas’ Chinatown neighborhood. Døuble Zerø started a new culinary game, taking a different approach that is Italian-inspired but influenced by Japanese culture and the philosophy of “Kodawari,” the pursuit of perfection. From dough made fresh daily using the finest grade of flour, 00 (double zero), and premium toppings, Chef Vakneen and his team put the utmost care into the technique and execution of pizza making, a craft that is represented by their full commitment to every detail.

In honor of its anniversary, Døuble Zerø will roll out new menu items adding to the antipasti, pizza and dessert selections including:
● Salami Rossa pizza topped with garlic confit, white sauce, preserved lemons, yellow dorati tomatoes, stracciatella, crushed pistachios, red pesto, lemon and chilli oil
● Vegeterania pizza topped with charred green onion, garlic confit, marinated zucchini, squash and fresh herbs
● Summer salad made with little gems, goddess vinaigrette, derby goat cheese, cucumbers, radish and micro flowers
● Døuble Zerø cannoli in various seasonal flavors served deconstructed
Døuble Zerø also boasts additional menus and events that have been available since opening, including:
● The Double Duo menu, designed for two people, the $85 includes two antipasti, one pizza, two desserts and a bottle of wine.
● Monthly Chef Takeover Series, a special three-course menu, including a specialty cocktail, antipasto, pizza and dessert curated by local chefs who are challenged to infuse their expertise with Døuble Zerø’s signature methods and style. Tickets are $50 and available at secretburger.com.
Additionally, a collaboration with neighbor Golden Tiki — another Lev Group concept — will be available, allowing guests to order a margherita or pepperoni pizza for delivery to the tiki bar during happy hour on Wednesdays from 4-7 p.m.
