An exclusive sanctuary atop the 67-story destination resort, Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis offers a highly curated experience that caters to every guest’s needs and desires
Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the 67-story resort and casino brought to life by Fontainebleau Development, is bringing the luxury experience to unprecedented heights – literally and figuratively – with the debut of the Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis suite collection. Spanning five floors at the top of the resort tower, Fleur de Lis is the ultimate expression of Fontainebleau elegance and hospitality. Elevated by an array of exclusive amenities and exquisitely designed features only found at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the collection offers a six-star experience tailored to individual preferences, creating a home-away-from-home feel for every guest.
“Fleur de Lis is the new standard for design and bespoke experiences on the Strip, a natural extension of our brand that reflects Fontainebleau’s decades-long legacy as a leader in design, service, and luxury,” says Fontainebleau Development President Brett Mufson. “In conceiving Fleur de Lis, we were inspired by the grandeur of our first hotel and assembled a global team of world-class designers to curate every touchpoint and amenity personally, so the experience is unlike anything else we have created.
“We are proud to say Fleur de Lis is a masterpiece, with meaning behind every detail and design choice, and we cannot wait for guests to discover what we’ve created for them.”
The Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis experience is carefully crafted to reflect the personal tastes of each guest, bringing to life a feeling of familiarity and exclusivity throughout each space. The suites in the collection range in size from 1,000 square feet to the pinnacle of luxury – the 10,000-square-foot Penthouse. Designed by the renowned David Collins Studio, in collaboration with Fontainebleau Development’s Executive Vice President of Design John Rawlins, these thoughtfully designed suites feature gracefully shifting ceilings, transitions from solid to plush floor finishes, and a captivating dance of dark and light color schemes.
The meticulous attention to detail shines through by incorporating the iconic Morris Lapidus Fontainebleau bow tie, the ultimate symbol and statement of luxury, elegantly integrated into handpicked marble inlays, parquet flooring, and select furniture pieces. Materiality takes center stage, with polished brass, bronze, blackened timber, navy-blue stained timber, linen-textured wall coverings, polished and honed marbles, terrazzo, water-ripples, and star-shaped glass rods carefully integrated to create a harmonious environment. These elements are brought to life through captivating patterns and influences, adding depth and intrigue to the design.
“The journey to Fleur de Lis starts at the David Collins Studio-designed ground floor check-in, introducing the materials and colour palette as a recognizable design vocabulary that flows through to the suites,” says David Collins Studio Chief Creative Officer Simon Rawlings. “The Fleur de Lis suites have been designed with a consistent theory of architectural finish which builds upon The Studio’s overarching concept for Fontainebleau Las Vegas: a new and unique interior architecture that directly references, and yet reinterprets, Morris Lapidus’s iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach property and his wider architectural oeuvre.
“This concept is elevated for Fleur de Lis, imbued with a residential feel and emphasis on guest wellness. Complete with private arrival vestibule, bar and spa, the Fleur de Lis suites are the ultimate in luxury accommodation. A palette of coastal blues and ripple-patterned glass evocative of water subtly references the beachfront location of the 1954 original Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Each suite is a series of considered and beautifully balanced rooms that continue David Collins Studio’s exploration of contrasts: chiaroscuro; compression and expansion; luxurious stones and fabrics. These contrasts draw guests through the suites, creating an engaging and ever-evolving guest experience.”
Upon arrival, Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis guests are greeted with a refreshing seasonal oshibori towel and a beverage of their choice before being personally escorted inside via a private elevator for in-suite check-in and a comprehensive tour of the rooms and their features. Each suite features spectacular Jeff Leatham-designed floral arrangements and personalized welcome chocolates created by Executive Pastry Chef Patrice Caillot.
Personal valet services are part of the package, as is a personal concierge service for arranging tickets, reservations, and more, all within the comforts of the suite. Dining options, event planning, and staffing services are readily available, making Fleur de Lis a haven of luxury and convenience. Evening butler service includes thoughtful touches such as chocolates, and optional amenities for added relaxation including a pillow menu, tea program, and bath butler who can draw a variety of options, from milk baths to Epsom soaks. Additional comforts include custom linens from Rivolta, alpaca throws, custom-made leather-wrapped Nespresso machines from Giobagnara, and bespoke bathroom amenities as well as face masks from Knesko and Dyson hair tools. The Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis experience also includes access to a private fleet of Rolls-Royces for transportation needs.
The Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis suite collection extends a warm welcome to all guests, including young travelers. Children are greeted with cheerful balloon bouquets and receive Fontainebleau hats and t-shirts as a special gift. Fleur de Lis also offers specially designed children’s china, petite Fleur de Lis robes, high-quality high chairs, playpens, and bassinets. A variety of age-appropriate board games and PS5 gaming options are also provided for their entertainment.
The Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis suite collection enhances the grandeur of Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ 3,644 beautifully appointed luxury rooms and suites.
