Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip has been awarded One Michelin Star in the inaugural The Michelin Guide Southwest, reaffirming its position as one of the world’s most celebrated culinary destinations.
Restaurant Guy Savoy, opened on May 17, 2006, has set the standard for fine dining in Las Vegas, offering guests an elevated French dining experience built around exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation and impeccable service.

Led by Chef Guy Savoy, the Caesars Palace restaurant is his only location outside France, delivering the same uncompromising standards, meticulous attention to detail and culinary philosophy that have made his Paris restaurants renowned.
Among its most celebrated offerings are the iconic Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup (pictured in the main photo) served with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter and the Colors of Caviar, a multilayered dish that highlights the depth and elegance of caviar.
“In an ever-evolving and highly competitive culinary landscape, this recognition is especially meaningful,” said Savoy. “A Michelin distinction is never earned by one person alone, and for more than 20 years, I have been fortunate to work with a talented and dedicated team that strives to create memorable experiences for our guests. We are honored Michelin has recognized our commitment to excellence.”

Restaurant Guy Savoy offers an impressive wine list with more than 2,800 selections. The collection includes an extensive selection of French wines, including rare and older vintages carefully curated to complement the menu.
“Restaurant Guy Savoy has been an integral part of Caesars Palace’s culinary story, and the recognition from Michelin further cements it among the world’s best dining destinations,” said Caesars Entertainment Regional President and Chief Commercial Officer Sean McBurney.
“This distinction reflects Chef Guy Savoy’s extraordinary vision and uncompromising standards that have defined the restaurant for more than two decades.”
Honors include a Wine Spectator Grand Award, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Restaurant, highest-ranked Las Vegas restaurant on La Liste’s 2026 Top 1,000 Restaurants and AAA Five Diamond Designation every year since 2008.
