Leticia Mitchell’s menu highlights freshly handmade tortillas, never canned or frozen ingredients, traditional Mexican cheeses and fresh crafted margaritas.
Las Vegas Chef and Restaurateur Leticia Mitchell and her business partner Sue Kiple opened Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Boulder Station Hotel & Casino. Located adjacent to the registration desk, Leticia’s will offer award-winning recipes and flavors for which Mitchell has become renowned.
Inspired by experiences in her native Mexico City and the cooking of her mother, Mitchell’s signature dishes include Chilangos (quesabirria tacos), Aztec, Pulpazo and Mariscos Molcajetes, Birria Tuetanos (bone marrow), Roasted Poblano Soup and Mole Chilaquiles.
Mitchell’s menu highlights freshly handmade tortillas, never canned or frozen ingredients, traditional Mexican cheeses and fresh crafted margaritas. Set in a beautifully redesigned space recalling a modern Mexican hacienda, Leticia’s seats as many as 165, including an eight-seat bar top with video gaming.
Leticia’s will be serving breakfast all day, with lunch and dinner dishes available throughout the day. The brunch menu is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The Comida Corrida menu offers a daily three-course special for $18 (plus tax & tip).

This is Mitchell’s second restaurant within Stations Casinos, following Leticia’s at Santa Fe Station. Mitchell and Kiple also own and operate Letty’s by Leticia Downtown in the historic El Sombrero building and Carmelita’s Mar & Tierra on East Charleston. More locations are in the works.
“I am passionate about giving each and every guest the real traditional, fresh flavors of Mexico, including our warm hospitality,” Mitchell said.
“We’re thrilled to deepen our partnership with Chef Leticia on a second Station Casinos location,” said Boulder Station General Manager Ryan Simmons.
“Leticia’s is a natural fit for Boulder Station – authentic, welcoming and proudly local, and we are excited to continue our ongoing efforts to expand our offerings, providing guests more experiences they love close to home.”

Featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” and winner of “Taco Wars: Best in Chow” in 2014, Leticia’s has become a beloved local destination where authenticity, community and flavor always come first.
