Restaurant at Green Valley Ranch to offer delectable Easter dishes
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will offer special dishes for Easter brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 17.
Bottiglia’s Easter brunch dish, available from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., will be crab cake benedict with with creamed spinach, and hollandaise sauce atop an English muffin. Additional dishes that will be available all day include a beet salad with arugula, gorgonzola cheese, hazelnuts, fromage blanc and black pepper honey; Calabrian lamb chops with mashed potatoes; and a Cadbury egg chocolate shoe filled with chiffon cake, Cadbury cream and chocolate ganache for dessert.
