Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson, will toast National Wine Day with half-priced bottles of wine, available on Saturday, May 25.
Guests can raise a glass and relish in half-off all bottles of wine during dinner from 4 to 11 p.m.

Bottiglia’s expansive wine selection, which includes options from sparkling wines and rosés to pinots and merlot from around the world including Italy, France, Germany, New Zealand and more.
Favorite wines by the bottle include Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel rosé from Côtes De Provence, France, regularly priced at $70; Chalk Hill Chardonnay from Russian River Valley, Calif., regularly priced at $75; Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige, Italy, regularly priced at $77; and Murphy Goode Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, Calif., regularly priced at $65.

To complement their bottle of wine, guests can indulge in Bottiglia’s signature menu, which highlights sophisticated rustic Italian fare, including creations like the wood grilled salmon with roasted vegetables, cauliflower purée and parsley verde, priced at $36; baked gnocchi featuring San Marzano tomato sauce, sausage, meatballs, burrata cheese, peppers and bread crumbs, priced at $29; and braised short ribs made with parmesan polenta, balsamic cipollini onions and au jus, priced at $42.
