Morton Group’s beloved Strip restaurant will host a lavish Mother’s Day brunch in celebration of all moms
This Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12, La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, will celebrate all moms from 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. with the restaurant’s beloved butler-style tray-passed brunch.
Guests may pick and choose their brunch preferences from the nearly two dozen selections that are brought to each table as a butler-style tray-passed experience.
Created by Morton Group’s Culinary Director William DeMarco, favorites include the bacon and egg flatbread served with Neuske’s bacon and a poached quail egg; short rib hash with fingerling potatoes and piquillo peppers; angus mini burgers with chipotle barbecue sauce and bacon onion marmalade; baked potato loaded tater tots topped with bacon, mozzarella, sour cream, brown gravy and chives; and truffle mushroom grits. Various vegetarian options are also available, such as yogurt parfait with granola and honey; cream cheese pancakes topped with ube jam and whipped sweet cream; heirloom tomato caprese with a balsamic glaze.
In addition to the luxurious spread, La Cave provides a range of bottomless libations with 10 options that can be customized, including mimosas, sparkling wine, white wine, and sangria, perfect for a leisurely day of sipping.
Mother’s Day brunch will be priced at $65 for adults and $44 for children under 12.
Encompassing 6,300 square feet across the cozy lounge, dining room, and indoor/outdoor garden room and terrace, La Cave can tailor an unforgettable Mother’s Day brunch experience for families or large parties.
Its open-air layout captures the essence of spring, offering views of Wynn’s vibrant gardens and pool, complemented by a floor-to-ceiling ‘living wall’ adorned with live succulents.
