Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will celebrate National Pasta Month with a fall-themed butternut squash and guanciale pasta. Guests can enjoy Bottiglia’s Tuscan-style ambiance while indulging in the specialty dish, priced at $32, throughout October.
The limited-time dish will feature tender fusilli enveloped in a creamy roasted butternut squash sauce, complemented by crispy guanciale. Finished with a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano, each bite will offer a delicious ode to the fall season.
Guests can pair the exquisite pasta with a wine from Bottglia’s extensive menu or enjoy one of their specialty cocktails such as the sangria blanco made with Grey Goose vodka, peach and lemon or the Fresca Fizz made with Belvedere vodka or Bombay Sapphire East gin, berries, mint and prosecco.
