Couples can share Pancho’s signature Rajitas, made with choice of marinated steak, chicken or shrimp combined to perfection with spices, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers served fresh on a cast iron skillet that is still sizzling as it arrives to the table. The dish is complimented with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream and accompanied with a side of Mexican-style rice and beans as well as warm tortillas. Guests must mention the phrase “Be Mine” to redeem. The final price of the “Sip and Sizzle” dinner package may differ based on protein selections.
While enjoying the sizzle of the Rajitas sip from the shareable 42-ounce Incredible margarita. The oversized margarita is crafted with Campo Azul tequila, house-made lemon-lime mix and triple-sec with a choice of a salt or Tajín rim.
A romantic dinner would not be complete without a decadent chocolate dessert for two. Topped with vanilla ice cream and served with a house-made brandy butter sauce, Pancho’s traditional Mexican brownie is the sweet finish to the sizzle-and-sip dinner.
