Valentines Tower, a three-layered tower featuring beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce and French fries, Shrimp Provençale with angel hair pasta, and grilled chicken breast, complemented by rosemary jus, spätzle and spring vegetables.
Couples can conclude their romantic dining experience with Nutella crepes served alongside strawberry salad and vanilla ice cream, or savor the specialty cocktail of the day, the Cupid’s Kiss, a tantalizing blend of tequila, strawberry puree and fresh lemon sour, garnished with a strawberry and mint leaf and served in a 15-ounce Hurricane glass.
