Elena Ledoux Buys Stake in Las Vegas-based Carpet Monkeys

Cleaning industry entrepreneur will help longtime local carpet, tile and duct cleaning company expand nationwide

Carpet Monkeys is partnering with a successful national commercial and residential cleaning brand. 

Superb Maids owner Elena Ledoux, along with three other investors, recently purchased a 50% stake in Carpet Monkeys with the goal of expanding the brand into a national franchise.

With more than 900 5-star Google reviews, Carpet Monkeys offers commercial and residential carpet, tile and grout, air duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning, as well as water damage and stain removal. Under the new ownership arrangement, Carpet Monkeys Founders, Rick and Lynn Carroll will maintain 50% ownership of the company, with Ledoux and three other investors sharing ownership of the other half of the company.

When Carpet Monkeys expands, ownership of franchise locations will be split evenly among the five parties. But before that can happen, Ledoux’s team is working to bring in business systems for leads and operational efficiencies to help the company run smoother, while maintaining its high level of customer satisfaction.

“We want to make sure the quality is the best it can possibly be in Las Vegas, first. Once the business systems are in place and ready for expansion, then we can move forward with franchising,” Ledoux added.

Ledoux brings considerable experience in scaling brands. Started in Las Vegas, Superb Maids now has locations in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Oregon and North Carolina.
