Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, located at the newly opened Durango Casino & Resort, invites guests to enjoy Easter brunch and dinner specials, available exclusively on Sunday, March 31.
To celebrate the holiday, Mijo will serve sweet and savory brunch selections from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to the regular menu, visitors will be able to order exceptional Easter specials while dining inside or on Mijo’s luxurious patio.
The featured dishes include a handmade Horchata cinnamon roll served with fresh berries and a guava glaze, priced at $13; and lamb shank barbacoa, featuring slow-smoked lamb, pickled red onions and consommé, priced at $42.
Mijo’s lamb shank will also be available to order for dinner, from 4 to 10 p.m.
The holiday meal will conclude with a special chocolate Easter egg dessert featuring Chocoflan, Mexican chocolate mocha sauce and red fruit salsa, priced at $16.
