The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas
Guests are invited to enjoy a special prix fixe Christmas menu at Martha Stewart’s famed restaurant, The Bedford, at Paris Las Vegas. Visitors can indulge in a four-course menu featuring Endive Salad, Big Martha’s Pierogis, Roasted Turkey and a choice of Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie or Pumpkin Pie Tart. The prix fixe menu is available on Monday, Dec. 25 from 4 to 10:30 p.m. It is also beginning to look a lot like Christmas at The Bedford. The dining destination is filled with holiday décor, including beautiful trees, garlands and wreaths.
Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace
The iconic Bacchanal Buffet is serving limited-time brunch and dinner items during Christmas weekend. From Friday, Dec. 22 to Monday, Dec. 25, visitors can experience flavorful dishes such as Herb-Roasted Turkey, Roast Leg of Lamb, Pork Tamales and Insalata di Mara made with scallops, mussels, shrimp, squid and citrus parsley vinaigrette. Exclusive to the Bacchanal Buffet brunch is Smoked Salmon Benedict. Standard hours of operation remain the same during Christmas weekend:
- Regular Brunch is available from Thursday to Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Crab Brunch from Thursday to Monday from 1 to 3 p.m., and
- Dinner is served from Thursday to Monday from 3 to 10 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday 3:30 to 10 p.m.
Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace
On Sunday, Dec. 24 and Monday, Dec. 25, Las Vegas visitors can experience French masterpieces created by Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy. To celebrate the holiday, diners can enjoy an elegant, nine-course meal featuring classic Savoy dishes, such as Amuse Bouche, Fois Gras Terrine and Mandarin Quat, Seared Lobster, Pierogi and Sweet Potato, Seared Duck Breast and Confit Leg, Brie Black Truffle and Mignardises. Restaurant Guy Savoy is open Dec. 24-25 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace
‘Tis the season for confectioneries and Cronut pastries at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas. Filled with cinnamon ganache and cinnamon sugar, December’s signature and one-time-only flavor is the Dulce de Leche Cronut. Guests can also enjoy the traditional Bûche De Noël Christmas treat the Dominique Ansel way. The Large Triple Chocolate Bûche De Noël and Large Chestnut Bûche De Noël are available for pre-order online, and smaller versions of the dessert can be purchased at the Caesars Palace bakery. The large Bûche De Noëls can be picked up Dec. 23-26 at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas.
New to the Las Vegas location is Dominique Ansel’s signature Christmas Morning Cereal. The tasty breakfast item is made of crispy puffed rice coated with caramelized milk chocolate, whole caramelized hazelnuts and crunchy smoked cinnamon miniature meringues. This mixture of deliciousness has become a holiday staple at the bakery in New York. Guests can purchase this sweet treat daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. until Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.
Italian-born Giada De Laurentiis continues the annual Feast of the Seven Fishes tradition at her namesake restaurant with a festive tasting menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at The LINQ Promenade
Available only on Christmas Day, seafood lovers can feast on a quick-service option of Fried Calamari with sea salt chips at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips.
Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah’s Las Vegas
The Noodle Bar will offer special dishes on Monday, Dec. 25, including Chinese Char Siu Ribs, Crispy Pork Belly with Chinese barbeque sauce, Oxtail Soup with star anise and Chinese greens and Salt and Pepper Shrimp.
Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Las Vegas
Diners can celebrate Christmas the Gordon Ramsay way with a prix fixe menu at his newest Strip restaurant. Guests can enjoy a Prime Rib Dinner with creamy horseradish, Yorkshire pudding and potato puree. Dessert options include Chef Ramsay’s signature Sticky Toffee Pudding or Pumpkin Pie.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Harrah’s Las Vegas
This special Christmas dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House comes with four courses for each guest and views of The Strip. The menu includes a choice of Potato and Leek Bisque or Harvest Salad, followed by Wagyu Braised Short Ribs or Prime Rib. For dessert, visitors can enjoy Dutch Apple Pie with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel + Experience
Christmas is better by celebrating it Flavortown-style at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar with a 12-ounce Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, served with horseradish whipped mashed potatoes, asparagus, crispy onion straws and savory au jus. For a sweet treat, guests can enjoy a Baked Apple Pie, featuring Jack Daniel’s caramel, fresh whipped cream and house-made vanilla bean ice cream.
Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse at Flamingo Las Vegas
The special Christmas menu at Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse features a Duck Confit and Whipped Feta Salad, a 20-ounce Bone-In Ribeye and Seasonal Veggies. Guests can also indulge in a Chocolate Cigar Cake or Crème Brûlée to end the holiday on a sweet note.

GRAMMY Award-winning global superstar Kelly Clarkson returns to Las Vegas to spread holiday cheer and kick of the new year. During New Year’s Eve weekend, fans can experience Clarkson’s energetic show on Saturday, Dec. 30 and Sunday, Dec. 31, at 8 p.m. at Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood.
