More than 1,600 participants of all ages showed up in full force at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson for the 17th Annual Race for Hope 5K & Walk hosted by Grant a Gift Autism Foundation, creating a high-energy morning dedicated to autism acceptance and awareness on Saturday, April 18.
The event delivered a dynamic, family-friendly experience with 45 vendors featured throughout the resource fair alongside a live DJ, LV Cause Players, mascots, giveaways and interactive moments including meet-and-greets with the Henderson Police Department, as well as special appearances by the A’s mascot, Stomper, and Lucky, the mascot from the Silver Knights.
