The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower will commemorate three decades of views, thrills and unforgettable moments with a 30th anniversary celebration on Thursday, April 30. The milestone event will feature live music, limited-time culinary offerings, gaming activations and property-wide experiences designed to honor the Tower’s legacy as a defining fixture on the Las Vegas skyline.

The celebration will be headlined by Better Than Ezra at Swim & Social. The band will deliver a 1990s-inspired set, kicking off an afternoon of poolside music. Doors open at 3 p.m., with DJ Santos and Empire Records warming up the crowd ahead of Better Than Ezra at 5 p.m. GA tickets start at $43, with pre-sale tickets available at $30 using the code BetterThan30. Cabana packages include 10 concert tickets and a bottle of vodka, gin, whiskey or tequila. Daybed packages include four tickets and a bottle of choice. Guests can book The Strat’s Better Than Ezra Show & Room Package, which includes two GA tickets and 30% off room rates available for stays Tuesday, April 28, through Sunday, May 3. The Strat is featuring anniversary-inspired offers and experiences. Atomic Golf is 25% off for guests, locals and heroes; L.A. Comedy Club will feature a $30 all-you-can-drink special; and Tower admission for two is $30, with tickets available on The Strat website using code STRAT30. Tower admission is complimentary for locals. Thrill-seekers can enter a social media contest for a chance to be among the first 30 guests to experience SkyJump for $30. 

The Strat’s restaurants and bars will offer limited-time features and menus. Top of the World Steakhouse (pictured in the main photo and below) has a monthlong “Back to the ’90s” menu with potato and brie soup, sesame-crusted tuna and lemon meringue pie. 108 Drinks offers $30 bottomless mimosas, and Tower Freeze has a 30th anniversary cup and anniversary cocktail, Frozen Appletini with Smirnoff Green Apple Vodka, blue raspberry, lemon and lime, priced at $15 and available throughout April.

The celebration includes a towering anniversary cake modeled after the iconic Strat Tower. Gaming activations are also part of the anniversary events. On Thursday, April 30, True Rewards members who earn 30 points can receive a Strat hat through the 30th Anniversary Kiosk Game, and 30 Hot Seat winners will be selected throughout the day.

Strat True Local, Epic and Legit members can receive 30 free slot pulls on Tower Fortune twice during the month. On the casino floor, a 30th-anniversary-themed Big Wheel activation will take place, and players who hit 30 on the roulette wheel will receive a commemorative chip and $30 match play. 

As part of a surprise-and-delight promotion, Skylar Dice, general manager and senior vice president of The Strat, will surprise 30 guests throughout the day with free slot play, one-time bets or by picking up their tab at select restaurants and lounges. The first 30 guests will also receive complimentary Tower admission. 

The celebration will extend to catering and weddings. The first 30 couples to get married or renew their vows 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursday, April 30, can do so for $30 inclusive, with a free upgrade to the private balcony on Level 112. Chapel in the Clouds is the only venue in Las Vegas located 800 feet above the Las Vegas Valley, offering magnificent views.

Two chapels on Tower Level 103 offer ceremonies with panoramic views. Additional options include indoor and outdoor observation deck ceremonies on Levels 108 and 109 and thrill-ride weddings for couples seeking a more adventurous experience.
