High Steaks Vegas atop Rio Las Vegas will host viewing parties every Saturday evening through June and July (excluding June 20) during the America250 fireworks celebrations on the Las Vegas Strip.
Offering panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, the restaurant’s patio offers a premier vantage point to watch the celebration while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and live music in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.

The menu features spirits from the Rémy Cointreau and Cinzano Vermouth portfolios, including Mount Gay Rum, Mount Gay Black Barrel, Mount Gay XO, The Botanist Gin and Cinzano Vermouth.



Live music will be by local Las Vegas musicians including Jonny Hazard and others to be announced. Entrance to The Patio at High Steaks Vegas is complimentary. Reservations for dining may be made here.
