The Golden Tiki, Las Vegas’ world-famous tiki bar, honored hospitality icon and TV personality Jon Taffer on Sunday, March 22, with a presentation of his very own shrunken head during a special tasting of Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon.

Widely known for his hit TV series “Bar Rescue,” Taffer is also an author, speaker and creator of innovative bar concepts and products that have shaped the modern nightlife industry.

In true Golden Tiki fashion, Taffer’s head joins the Chinatown Las Vegas bar’s legendary collection of more than 250 shrunken heads honoring luminaries and renowned entertainers.

The list includes Vince Neil, Sammy Hagar, Pauly Shore, Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair, Randy Couture, Robin Leach, Rod Stewart, Siegfried & Roy, Carrot Top, The Backstreet Boys and many more.

The collection has grown steadily since The Golden Tiki opened in 2015. With spring in full swing and a Golden Tiki summer on the horizon, the bar is gearing up for an exciting lineup of upcoming events and debuts – stay tuned.
