The Beverly Theater is turning three and celebrating with a new dimension of classic movie magic. On Tuesday, March 3, Las Vegas’ only independent film house, storytelling arena and live-music venue will mark the anniversary with “3 Years. 3D. 3/3,” a day of screenings and debut of The Beverly’s 3D capabilities.

The day brings audiences back to one of cinema’s most fun and immersive traditions, experiencing films through 3D complete with glasses. The Beverly will screen three titles that span generations of larger-than-life storytelling: “House of Wax,” “Creature From the Black Lagoon” and the original “Jurassic Park” (the main photo).

The event underscores The Beverly Center’s continued investment in elevating the moviegoing experience mixing theatrical excitement with signature programming of independent films, live performances and community storytelling.

“You mean to tell me we’ve been operating with just two dimensions this entire time?!” said Kip Kelly, CXO of The Beverly Theater and Ink Films, when presented with the idea. “Three years without depth is completely unacceptable for any business. I can’t believe it wasn’t mentioned sooner.”

While Kelly would go on to proclaim his excitement, it’s unclear if he knew they were talking about movies. 3 Years. 3D. On 3/3. “House of Wax” – 1954 (3D). “Creature From the Black Lagoon – 1953 (3D). “Jurassic Park” – 1993 (3D).

Since opening in 2023, The Beverly Theater has become a cultural cornerstone for Las Vegas audiences presenting filmmaker Q&As, repertory cinema, live music and original storytelling events – all within an intimate, design-forward space built for discovery.
