Tamba Las Vegas Hosts Reimagined Diwali, the Festival of Lights, From Oct. 17-20

Tamba’s award-winning chefs have reimagined classic Diwali flavors through contemporary technique and presentation.

From Oct. 17-20, AAA Four-Diamond and critically acclaimed Tamba Las Vegas in Town Square is hosting a four-night culinary celebration of Diwali featuring a limited-edition tasting menu inspired by the rituals and radiance of the season and celebration of the festival of lights.

The Tamba culinary team is presenting the Diwali menu inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the season paired with specialty cocktails and mocktails. A traditional ghee candle is lit tableside to open the Indian meal symbolizing prosperity and light.

Seasonal non-alcohol sips Saffron & Rose Shikanji, Pomegranate & Basil Sparkler and a warm Saffron-Badam Milkshake will be available for guests to enjoy on the special Diwali menu.

Tamba’s award-winning chefs have reimagined classic Diwali flavors through contemporary technique and presentation. Guests can indulge with the Papdi Cone Tart Amuse, a playful and bite-sized celebration of spiced yogurt, chutneys and crispy papdi.

Additionally, Truffle-Infused Paneer Tikka elevates a beloved Indian dish with luxurious touches of truffle and saffron, balanced by the sweetness of fig chutney and the freshness of locally grown microgreens.

To close the meal, the Pista Kulfi Falooda Shot will be available, a decadent dessert with layers of creamy pistachio kulfi, rose syrup and vermicelli. Guests will also receive a modern Motichoor Ladoo Parfait, beautifully boxed to continue the celebration at home.

Family-owned Tamba closed in May 2022 after nearly 20 years on the Las Vegas Strip and reopened on Dec. 26 in the sleek and spacious location in the shopping center south of the Las Vegas Strip off Las Vegas Boulevard.

Dinner at the fabulous Tamba Las Vegas in January was chef’s choice – oysters, chicken, Wagyu beef, sea bass, rice, naan and desserts – plus, caviar tins, sparking sake and inventive cocktails. A terrific time at Tamba in Town Square!
