SoulBelly BBQ has announced the opening of its location at Miracle Eats Food Court in Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood on Friday, April 24, marking the brand’s expansion onto the Las Vegas Strip.
Founded in 2021, SoulBelly BBQ quickly earned a reputation for its expertly crafted smoked meats, vibrant atmosphere and dedication to bringing people together over great food in The Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas.
The new Miracle Mile Shops location will offer guests a fast-casual dining experience with a menu featuring barbecue favorites and comfort-driven specialties.
Guests can enjoy house specialties and sandwiches including the Texas Cheesesteak – featuring sliced brisket, peppers, onions and provolone – The Boss Hog with Carolina-style pulled pork, Brisket Burnt End Grilled Cheese and Banana Pudding Style soft serve, an exclusive item at the Miracle Eats location.
“Expanding SoulBelly BBQ to the Las Vegas Strip is a major milestone for us. The addition of SoulBelly BBQ further enhances the dining portfolio at Miracle Eats Food Court, which continues to be a go-to spot for varied and delicious dining options in the heart of the Strip.
