SoulBelly BBQ Chef | Owner Bruce Kalman has taken the backyard barbecue indoors Las Vegas style.

The Big Jiggly Cookout, a Labor Day weekend celebration, will take place at The Arts District location in Downtown Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 4, and Sunday, Sept. 5, featuring a barbecue platter and live music (Sept. 4 only).

Special take-home BBQ packages will also be available for The Big Jiggly Cookout all day Sept. 4-5. SoulBelly BBQ is located at 1327 S. Main St. The Labor Day Plate is $49 per person (plus fees and gratuity):

• Smoked prime rib, jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage, Carolina pulled pork, watermelon salad, smoked tomato and charred corn succotash, ice cream sundae bar and Soulbelly BBQ Jiggly Meat Beer (21+) or soft drink

The Labor Day platter is available for dine-in only. A full regular menu will also be offered. On Saturday from 6-9 p.m., local Las Vegas musician Nando Brown will perform.

And for those who want to enjoy SoulBelly BBQ at home, guests can pick up Labor Day offerings, including a whole smoked brisket and a sausage six-pack.
