The trio of comics have joined the Aces of Comedy lineup at MGM Grand Theater during 2026 Wrangler National Rodeo Finals Week.
MGM Grand has announced that comedians Rodney Carrington, Derrick Stroup and Steve Treviño have joined the Aces of Comedy lineup at MGM Grand Theater during 2026 Wrangler National Rodeo Finals Week. Tickets go on sale on Friday, Aug. 7, at 10 a.m. PT at MGMGrand.com, Ticketmaster.com and at any MGM Resorts box office on the Las Vegas Strip.
An artist pre-sale will run Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 10 a.m. PT, to Thursday, Aug. 6, at 10 p.m. PT. MGM Rewards members have access to a pre-sale on Thursday, Aug. 6, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. PT. Guests must be ages 16+ to attend all shows, and those younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Shows are scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. unless noted.
The Aces of Comedy series is best-known for its roster of comedians showcasing standup legends and rising stars. Guests can look forward to LOL moments and sharp wit from each comedian, guaranteeing an evening of entertainment. The diverse range of talent Aces of Comedy offers continues to reinforce MGM Grand’s position as a premier Las Vegas comedy destination.
Rodney Carrington

Multi-talented comedian, actor, singer and author Carrington (in the main photo) is one of the top-grossing touring comedians of the past two decades. Known for his sold-out shows and signature blend of comedy and music, Carrington is a platinum-recording artist who has released 11 comedy albums, including the gold-certified “Hangin’ With Rodney” and “Morning Wood” and the platinum-certified “Greatest Hits.”
His career also includes starring in the ABC sitcom “Rodney,” co-writing and co-starring in the feature film “Beer for My Horses” alongside Toby Keith, starring in the Netflix special “Here Comes the Truth” and releasing his latest song “Let Me In.”

Derrick Stroup

Stroup is one of comedy’s fastest-rising stars, known for his rapid-fire storytelling and high-energy performances. In 2023, the Alabama native made his debut on “The Tonight Show,” starring Jimmy Fallon, and has since become a recurring guest while touring nationwide as a headliner and alongside comedians including Bert Kreischer, Larry the Cable Guy, John Crist and Nate Bargatze.
His debut Netflix special “Nostalgic” premiered globally in 2025, diving into the time of being a ’90s kid growing up in rural Alabama and everything that came along with it. Following the special’s global premiere, Stroup’s performance earned him a spot in the U.S. Top 10 shows.

Steve Treviño

Treviño is a standup comedian and actor widely known as “America’s Favorite Husband” for his relatable takes on marriage, family and everyday life. One of today’s top touring comedians, Treviño has released multiple hit standup specials across Netflix, Amazon and Showtime.
They include his 2024 Netflix special “Steve Treviño: Simple Man,” which debuted at No. 2 on Netflix’s Top 10 and became one of the platform’s highest-performing comedy specials that year. In addition to standup, Treviño co-hosts the podcast “Steve Treviño and Captain Evil” with his wife, Renae, and is a supporter of veterans through his work with Helicopters for Heroes.
