Rí Rá Irish Pub in Las Vegas is running its weeklong Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day celebration through Sunday, Sept. 21.
The annual celebration at Mandalay Place supports HELP of Southern Nevada, with 20% of proceeds benefitting HELP.
As part of the celebration, Rí Rá Las Vegas is running a special menu:
- Corned Beef Wontons: Rí Rá’s house brined corned beef is shredded and mixed with cream cheese, honey and crushed red pepper. Folded into a wonton skin, flash-fried and served with Thai chili sauce. ($15.75)
- BBQ Chicken Flat Bread: Flatbreads with Guinness BBQ sauce, shredded mozzarella, grilled chicken and green onions. ($14.75)
- Chicken Kiev: Chicken breast stuffed with garlic herb butter, breaded, fried and topped with melted Irish Cheddar. Served with garlic roasted red bliss potatoes and sautéed asparagus. ($22.75)
- Jameson Honey Shrimp: Six-piece grilled shrimp sauteed in Jameson honey sauce, white rice, red and yellow bell pepper, onion, broccoli and green onion. ($24.75)
- Strawberry Rhubarb Pie: Sweet and tangy mix in a flaky pie crust. ($7.95)
