Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant, at 1974 N. Rainbow Blvd. and 9530 S. Eastern Ave., has launched its Summer Beer & Bites promotion through Aug. 31. Available for dine-in guests Mondays through Thursdays, the limited-time menu features imported beer specials, discounted appetizers and two new seasonal items.

Serving authentic Thai cuisine in Las Vegas for more than 25 years, the family-owned restaurant continues to expand its menu with two new seasonal dishes. The first is Pin Kaow Ceviche (pictured in the main photo), a fusion of the signature Thai Pla Goong salad and classic ceviche with shrimp tossed in a spicy lime dressing with herbs, green apple and onions and served with crispy rice paper.

The second item is Crying Tiger Fried Rice, wok-fried jasmine rice infused with Pin Kaow’s signature Crying Tiger tamarind sauce, fragrant shallots and crispy garlic and topped with premium Thai-marinated New York Strip steak.

As part of the promotion, guests can purchase one imported beer and receive a second of equal or lesser value for 50% off. The offer includes Singha, Chang, Sapporo, Corona and Heineken and is available for dine-in guests Mondays through Thursdays. Pin Kaow is also offering $2 off its pot stickers and chicken wraps ideal for beer pairings.
