Saturday, Dec. 13, was the final Day 10 of the 67th Wrangler National Finals Rodeo at Thomas & Mack Center at UNLV.
It is the Super Bowl of the rodeo world, and there were heated contests in bareback, steer wrestling, roping, saddle bronc, roping, barrel and bull riding.
Among the many champions crowned, two stood out – and it was a family affair: Stetson Wright of Beaver, Utah, won the All-Around Cowboy Award and is the world champion bull rider.
His younger brother Statler Wright is the new saddle-bronc riding world champion. Cowboy hat’s off to the two victors and brothers!
