“Jonathan Davis is a cultural icon whose passion and intensity align perfectly with the energy of NASCAR racing,” said LVMS General Manager Patrick Lindsey.
The roar of NASCAR engines will collide with the powerhouse vocals of rock superstar Jonathan Davis, frontman and founding member of two-time Grammy-winning band Korn, who has been named Grand Marshal of Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 15.
As Grand Marshal, Davis (in the main photo by Jeff Speer of Las Vegas Motor Speedway) will deliver the most anticipated words in motorsports, bringing the intensity of alt-rock/metal to NASCAR’s Cup Series at LVMS. “Our concerts are loud, fast and full of chaos, which sounds a lot like a NASCAR race,” he said. “I’m excited to jump into that world and soak up the energy of the track.”
With more than 40 million albums sold and Grammy Awards, Korn continues to push the limits of rock, alternative and metal while remaining a pillar of influence for legions of fans and generations of artists around the globe.
“Jonathan Davis is a cultural icon whose passion and intensity align perfectly with the energy of NASCAR racing,” said LVMS General Manager Patrick Lindsey. “The Pennzoil 400 is all about big moments, and having Jonathan as our Grand Marshal is going to set the tone for an unforgettable race day.”

Additionally, WWE star Tiffany Stratton shifts from the center stage to take the wheel as Honorary Pace Car Driver for Pennzoil 400. Stratton will lead the field to the green flag, kicking off NASCAR’s second race on the West Coast Swing.
“Leading the whole pack as the Honorary Pace Car Driver for this NASCAR weekend is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I can’t wait to share it with fans from start to finish,” Stratton said. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to watch Stratton lead the field to green.
Stratton joins a long list of honorary pace car drivers, including WWE stars Damian Priest and Chelsea Green, former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams, actor and comedian Nick Cannon, Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo and former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch.
