Park on Fremont Brings Two New Weekend Brunch Experiences to Downtown Las Vegas

The Wing Tower features wings and tenders served with fries, priced at $38, while the Slider Tower includes Park beef sliders and hot chicken sliders.

Park on Fremont, the garden bar and restaurant tucked within the buzz of Fremont Street, has expanded its weekend offerings with the launch of two new brunch experiences: Rosé All Day on Saturdays and Bottomless Burgers & Bloodys on Sundays.

Available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on each day, the new brunch offerings invite guests to linger longer with bottomless cocktails, shareable menus and Park’s signature blend of garden-party charm and casual indulgence.

Rosé All Day is a celebration designed for leisurely afternoons under the trees. Guests can enjoy $25 bottomless rosé or mimosas or $30 bottomless Aperol spritzes with a $40 family-style brunch menu featuring kale Caesar salad, truffle fries, avocado toast and New York-style vanilla cheesecake with raspberry sauce.

Bottomless Burgers & Bloodys brings a comfort-forward brunch built for easygoing, laid-back hangs. Guests can sip $25 bottomless mimosas, micheladas or Bloody Marys while sharing Park’s towers for two to six people.

The Wing Tower features wings and tenders served with fries, priced at $38, while the Slider Tower includes Park beef sliders and hot chicken sliders served with fries, priced at $46.

Created by Corner Bar Management, Park on Fremont is open 5-10 p.m. Wednesdays through Thursdays and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Fridays and Sundays, with brunch on the weekends.
