Now THIS is what I call a catch-up business meeting, and it is so quintessential Las Vegas!
The Talk Dirty to Me – is the name a nod to frontman Bret Michaels and his band Poison?! – gin martini at Gigolo (formerly Bond) at the new Vanderpump Hotel (most recently formerly The Cromwell) on the Las Vegas Strip is meant for two and garnished with 15(!) green olives.
The ingredients of the $47 cocktail: Portobello Savory Gin, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, orange bitters, olive brine and olives.

- Our gorgeous server Siena
- Vanderpump Rosé
- Chippendales-esque uniforms for the gents
- Portraits and a large metal statue of Lisa Vanderpump’s beloved Gigi
- A gambler dressed in luxury who asked us extensively about the martini and more.
Post-Gigolo: Lemon spaghetti, pizza and more Vanderpump Rosé at upstairs Giada by Giada de Laurentiis with one of the best views of the Las Vegas Strip.
