Since its grand opening weekend in May, Omnia Dayclub at Caesars Palace has quickly established itself as a defining experience on the Las Vegas Strip. Now Tao Group Hospitality reveals a season of programming at Omnia Skybar, the alfresco terrace and dining destination atop the venue, open Thursdays through Sundays.
The offerings are built around the moments Las Vegas does better than anywhere on Earth: spectacular sunsets, fireworks and more, all experienced from one of the most talked-about new venues in the country.
SUNSET CLUB: WHERE THE DAY MEETS THE NIGHT
Each Sunday starting June 28, Omnia Skybar will present The Sunset Club, an elevated dinner party backed by a curated soundtrack of deep house, Afro house and melodic electronic sounds.
Throughout the evening, guests will view an immersive visual show featuring breathtaking sunsets from around the world showcased across the Omnia Horizon, a custom 8K LED display that transforms the venue into a visual journey.
As daylight fades and the city lights begin to illuminate the Strip, the experience evolves from relaxed golden-hour dining into a vibrant social celebration where music, hospitality and striking visuals converge.
FIREWORKS VIEWING: THE SKY IS THE SHOW
Omnia Skybar offers an unmatched front-row seat to the spectacles that define Las Vegas at its most cinematic. Each Saturday in June and July, Omnia Skybar becomes an ideal locale for viewing fireworks across Las Vegas to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

OMNIA SKYBAR: PREMIER ALFRESCO DINING
Helmed by Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella, the offerings at Omnia Skybar mix elevated, fresh and approachable American Bistro-style dishes with a craft cocktail bar.
The food offerings included appetizers such as Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs, Chicken Wing Lollipops, Shrimp Cóctel and Beausoleil Oysters. Entrées include an Imperial Wagyu Burger, a Roasted Lobster and a Tomahawk Taco Platter featuring a 32 oz. Ancho-Rubbed Tomahawk Steak.
The cocktail program leans equally inventive with highlights including the Lavender Sour served in a porthole infuser for two, the Rosé Szn Sangria and the stand-out Millionaire Margarita featuring Don Julio 1942 and a gold salt rim.
