On Wednesdays at Palate in The Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas: It’s Boards & Bottles! Pair a $25 bottle of wine with a chef-curated board.

There’s always something happening at Palate, one of my favorite brunch and dinner spots on Main Street in The Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas. Palate is now offering some new weekly activities at the restaurant:
Wednesdays: It’s Boards & Bottles! Pair a $25 bottle of wine with a chef-curated board. Thoughtfully selected, beautifully presented and made for effortless sipping and snacking. Note: Chef Sterling Buckley and his team make the delicious biscuits in-house every morning.
Thursdays: It’s 99 Cent Martinis with a purchase of an entrée from 5-9 p.m. This beats the $1 Martinis that one time at that bar in Lexington pre-pandemic that I don’t really remember for some reason.
Fridays: Fried Chicken & Champagne. Yum! I first had this pairing at Ken Dupree’s pop-up dinner at Adam Hegsted’s restaurant Bruncheon in Kendall Yards in Spokane, Wash., in maybe 2018. I’m glad it’s a thing.

Fridays: Brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Saturday & Sundays: Weekend brunch from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. featuring live music and events.
Wednesday, Feb. 11: Join Palate for an intimate tequila dinner celebrating bold flavors, craftsmanship and passion. Agave con Amor is a thoughtfully curated tasting experience by Chef Buckley featuring a multi-course menu designed to highlight and complement the nuanced expressions of Corrido Tequila.
Each course is paired with a carefully selected tequila showcasing the depth, character and artistry of agave spirits alongside Chef Buckley’s inspired cuisine. This one-night experience is designed for tequila lovers, food enthusiasts and anyone ready to explore the harmony between modern Mexican flavors and premium tequila.
