Meráki Greek Grill Reaches 10-Restaurant Milestone With Henderson Opening

“Opening our 10th restaurant is an incredible milestone and a testament to the support we’ve received from our guests and the dedication of our team.”

Meráki Greek Grill, the award-winning fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant known for its Greek cuisine and warm hospitality, has reached a milestone with the opening of its 10th restaurant. The newest location now open in Henderson is the brand’s seventh in the Las Vegas Valley and reflects its continued growth across the Southwest and West Coast.

Located at 1685 E. Cactus Ave., Suite 100, at St. Rose Parkway and Spencer St., the 3,500-square-foot restaurant seats 122 guests in its dining room and outdoor patio. The space features Meráki’s bright, modern design inspired by the warmth and spirit of Greece.

Since opening its first restaurant, Meráki Greek Grill has grown into one of the Southwest’s fastest-growing Mediterranean restaurant concepts. Founded by Jerry Goumroian, the brand has earned recognition from the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas awards and Yelp’s Top 100 Restaurants in America.

“Opening our 10th restaurant is an incredible milestone and a testament to the support we’ve received from our guests and the dedication of our team,” said Joe Djavairian, franchise partner. “As we celebrate this achievement, we’re excited to continue growing in the Las Vegas community and introduce even more guests to the fresh flavors and genuine hospitality that define the Meráki experience.”

The menu features signature bowls, gyros, spreads, avgolemono soup, salads, wraps, sandwiches and Greek kalamakia – marinated skewers flame-grilled and finished with lemon, olive oil and oregano. The menu blends classic Greek recipes with approachable, everyday dining.

Guests can also enjoy newer items including Taverna Cheese, lightly fried and served with hot honey; Greektown Donuts topped with Nutella; and Meráki Frozen Greek Yogurt, available in four flavors: Baklava with Honey, Olive Oil with Sea Salt, Chocolate Sauce with Chocolate Flakes and Biscoff Cookie with Caramel.

The name “Meráki” reflects the Greek philosophy of putting passion, creativity and soul into everything you do. Meráki Greek Grill is open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. More: Meráki Greek Grill, Instagram and Facebook
