Shelley Berkley reminisced about visiting Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas with longtime friends entertainment legends Siegfried & Roy.
Oktoberfest revelry continued at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas over the weekend as Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley and singer Debbie Gibson served as celebrity keg tappers during the restaurant’s 22nd annual celebration.
Berkley kicked off the weekend’s festivities on Friday, Sept. 18, tapping the ceremonial keg of Oktoberfestbier after reminiscing about visiting Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas with her longtime friends, legendary Las Vegas entertainers Siegfried & Roy, who served as the restaurant’s honorary keg tappers for years.
On Saturday, Sept. 19, Gibson took the stage to tap the keg and surprised guests with a live performance. She also awarded the winner of the evening’s drinking contest with tickets to her upcoming holiday show at The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower on the Las Vegas Strip.
Later in the evening, Gibson joined revelers in a lively conga line through the beer hall, capping off a memorable night and weekend of music, dancing and Bavarian fun at the restaurant east of the Las Vegas Strip. Other upcoming keg tappers this season include:
