Summer is officially arriving at M Resort Spa Casino, and the backyard is getting an upgrade. Starting this Friday, June 5, Patio will shift into its summer season transforming the open-air venue into an ultimate backyard barbecue destination.

Operating Fridays through Mondays from 5-9 p.m. (kitchen closes at 9 p.m.), Patio mixes chef-driven summer comfort food with seasonal cocktails, backyard games, firepit seating and entertainment. Whether watching sports on the 800-square-foot LED video wall or a Henderson sunset, Patio has flavor, fun and open-air energy.

Bold Flavors & Fire-Kissed Favorites

The fan-favorite seasonal menu is back bringing the rich, smoky flavors of a classic summer cookout directly to the resort. Guests can enjoy live-action grill stations and a mouth-watering lineup of BBQ staples:

• From the Grill & Pit: Indulge in slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone St. Louis Ribs ($24) (in the main photo) or the tender Smoked BBQ Rubbed Brisket ($28). Guests can also choose Grilled Skewers (Chicken $16, Carne Asada $18, Shrimp $19) served with a choice of BBQ, chimichurri, red or green salsa.
• Backyard Bites: Try the Patio Cheeseburger ($18), featuring a 10 oz. Angus beef patty topped with Alabama BBQ sauce and an onion ring on a brioche bun, or share a plate of loaded Patio Nachos ($15) and Street Tacos ($16–$19).
• Summer Sides & Sweets: Balance the smoke with a crisp Watermelon Cucumber Salad ($13) tossed with feta, mint and basil in a honey-lime dressing, or round out the meal with Corn on the Cob ($7; Elote style +$3). For dessert, guests can gather around the table for a nostalgic Tableside S’mores Kit ($16) or crispy Churros ($10).
• Vibrant Signature Cocktails: No backyard escape is complete without a refreshing, ice-cold drink. Patio’s new seasonal cocktail menu features a Watermelon Margarita: Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau, watermelon liqueur, sweet and sour and lime juice ($16), Spicy Mango Margarita: Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, mango puree, lime juice and jalapeno slices, finished with a bold Tajin rim ($16), Pear Mule: Absolut Pear Vodka, sweet and sour mix and ginger beer ($16) and Lynchburg Lemonade: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Cointreau, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda ($16).

Seating at Patio is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, making early arrival recommended. The June entertainment calendar features a mix of movie magic, high-stakes sports and dance parties:
